Hi Veronica, I can totally emphasise with you. It sounds like your having a hard time having to deal with all these strange symptoms. It's hard to ignore isn't it? I've had the shakiness you describe. Also ive felt jittery and " scattered". (as I describe it) meaning I can't think straight or gather my thoughts together sufficiently enough to function normally. Or my nerves are shot! It's a feeling of dread and feeling scared But! You have the consultation of knowing its nothing serious! So you shouldnt feel scared of feeling scared. It's bizarre really. I almost feel bad as though I'm trivialising what you are experiencing. I feel bad because I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. No, I don't think it's due to anything else other than anxiety. Anxiety can throw up a range of weird symptoms. Veronica, I think that if you feel that you can't cope with it then go and see your doctor. Make it clear that that the appointment is regarding your mental health. I'm sure they can help you. Please keep me posted and I sincerely hope you feel better soon. Donna x
