Over the weekend I brushed my teeth about 20 times. I have periodontal disease because I didn't go to the dentist as an adult. I was traumatized as a child and hit by a dentist. I have went once in the last year and had a wisdom tooth removed. My gums bleed when I brush and my teeth don't really hurt but now I am worried my chest pain is caused by my teeth even tho when I press on my chest it hurts so I know that's not the cause. I'm visiting .y dentist tomorrow and we are gonna work a plan to get my teeth healthy. How can I stop obsessing?
Choose to be free of your thoughts. You have a choice to make. Write it down on paper a list of things you are doing. And check off as you achieve them. Make it real simple. Good luck to you!
That's a really great idea. My teeth aren't horrible just not good. I really need to stop worrying over every little thing. Going to try what you suggested. Thank you for responding.
