Hey,
it started with the room spinning around when i turned my head left or right in my bed. And lightheadness when i stood up from the bed. Now i get sudden dizzy spells when walking. Also feel fatigued. And some random pop in my right ear.
I have been diagnodes with depression. but is this some health issue? in that case, what?
Sounds like you have an inner ear problem . Do see a doctor. There may be a simple cure for this if your doctor has been taught the Epley procedure and it only takes a few minutes to do. If they dont know the procedure,or it doesnt help, you can be given medication which should help.

Its only dizziness when i walk, when i sit down the dizziness is not there. its been like this for 3 months now. as i said, it started with room spinning around when i turned my head left and right, haven't checked this with doctor yet
I would definitely see a ENT doctor as the dizziness can be from your ear symptom. Hope you feel better soon!

Had bed spins in the morning, gone later in the day, like I was drunk but have not had a drink in years, after a week or so of that, found out I had low blood pressure. Then found out to raise it, drink black coffee and beer, worked for me...
Also sounds like it could be a tmj issue. Do you grind or clench your teeth?
