I occasionally get firm bumps ( 1 maybe 2 at a time) of various sizes mostly small (pimple size) under the skin on the shaft of my penis. Almost always in the same areas on the upper shaft right or left side. they often feel as if something firm is inside and they never pop, rupture or leak any fluid. they almost always look similar to surrounding skin. sometimes a little red but never really inflamed or itchy or irritating. they pop up pretty quick in a few days and take weeks to months to go away. sometimes they have a small dimple or depression in the middle like they are centred around a pore or hair follicle but maybe not always or not always noticeable. I do struggle with blood sugar if that matters
so is this something to go to the dermatologist for or a urologist?
