i was in hospital last Wednesday i collapsed due to heart problems already been diagnosed with mild/moderate heart disease stupidly went the doctors 1st and he sent me to hospital already had appointment to see cardiologist on 24th April as to what there going to do and plan of action.Got a doctors note covering me from friday 6th april through to the 25th april so i can relax and recuperate i do tend to go back to work then but now been informed i have to see occupational health on the 12th april which i thought was a bit quick and now its stressing me out really bad what can i do
