I took the ocd quiz on a ocd help site got part a 12/20 part b 10/20 I did the % it’s like 52-100 ocd I guess that’s sevre Is it ? It also told me that I have a ocd or related disorder it could be ocpd I heard you can have both true ?
yes people can have both. ocpd involves a personality disorder that wants to be in control and other traits.
but only a trained doctor can diagnose you. dont go by what test you take online. there are other factors that come into play to get to a diagnosis. if you are concerned, make an appt .
