Odd feeling

I would like to know if anyone has ever felt like your whole body is shaking inside??

Also an odd feeling inside your head like a dripping feeling and wet feeling

Hi Abby,

I had this feeling in 2016, it is your adrenal glands, the cortisol which controls the adrenal glands is out of balance. It is adrenal fatigue

I started taking magnesium which is a must, if you google adrenal glands you will find a lot about it, doctors do not recognise it. Also, google dr.lam.com.

I was given a blood thinning drug in June this year and that messed up my adrenals again so, I stopped taking it. You can recover with the right vitamins and minerals.

Abby,

I have had this feeling, it is adrenal fatigue, the cortisol is out of balance. Google adrenal fatigue you will find lots of help and what herbs and vitamuns to take.

My previous reply has gone to the moderator so sent this instead.

Hi,

I had the feeling of shaking inside but no visible shakes on the outside.

It really shook me up but it's just anxiety firing your nerves, mine happened when I was in a heightened state of anxiety and it's now totally gone

I’ve too had this and many times felt like I’ve had liquid coming out of my ears - then heightening my anxiety that I have some kind of brain thing going on. I also had the shaking and have lightheaded ness (like out of body experience). Hoping it’s all related to anxiety but like you very worried

It’s really annoying, should I get checked out or ?

I get exactly that I hate it. I don’t know if I should get checked out or not

No one can tell you to get checked out or not - you need to do what is right for you and what will give you some peace of mind - no good getting yourself worked up. But I can say that I get the same feelings so unless we both have the same undiagnosed illness I would say it’s anxiety x

I will try again, it is adrenal fatigue.

yes that’s very true, I feel I annoy the doctors keep going for different things. But yes everything comes down to anxiety x

I’m there all the time too - I’ve been today actually because I’ve convinced myself there is something wrong with my brain or heart because I keep getting palpitations. To be fair my dr is supporting me and does tests to help polit my mind at rest. I’m hoping one day I will run out of illnesses to worry about haha

Usually "Anxiety"  sets in when your body is under attack, or when it perceives something as an attack. When you think about that and all the different kind of symptoms you experience, basically all over your body, doesn't that make you wonder ? Something that basically envelops your body, since you feel it everywhere, while some symptoms come and go, some can be felt for hours on end, and others can be felt all day and night. Anxiety is felt for a reason, it's not "just"  anxiety.

I agree, feelings of anxiety are a symptom, a result of something else, either a psychological or physical factor.

So if I went to the doctors they wouldn’t help?

Basically abby no, if I had gone to the doctor he would have given me blood presure tablets, statins plus tablets for thyroid. I know this as I was on the point of going to the doctors but, my friend went as she was suffering the same thing, due to a lot of anxiety. The first step is taking magnesium then google adrenal fatigue.

The cortisol needs to be brought under control.
