I wouldnt think its an STD. You look as though you shave your legs. Could it be from this? An old razor , a brand new but cheap razor, unwashed electric razor head, or even the soap or lotion you use to shave? Have you recently started to wear trousers as the cooler weather arrives? Irritation from the trouser material? does it itch?
