Any one else get odd sensation in there arms and hands it's hard to explain it's like as if ur gonna get pins and nedals but it that strong .?? As if u lent on arm arm and u move it .. its hard to explain

Sounds familiar to me. But also the feeling that my arms are somehow detached from my body, feeling as if they are really light and I am not in full control of them. Being aware of every single sensation is one of my biggest anxiety problems.

Yes! Had it on and off for over 18 months now... Was convinced i was having a stroke! I am not, i realise now it is just anxiety but it is annoying still

wierd numb like pin prickly feeling down my arm, normally left arm. sometimes feels cold with it too

Ye I usually get it when I wake up but in both arms and hands .. have u got bbm or what's app
