Odd white/grey skin growth on shaft (looking for additional opinion)

I noticed this skin growth on my shaft a few weeks ago which has grown but looks to have stabilized now. Looking for additional opinions as my GP doesnt believe it to be anything major, possibly a ruptured blood vessel but im having difficulty brushing this off… GP suggested leaving it alone and no cream or treatment thinking it will go away on its own.

Im in my 30s and had protected sex with a trusted partner a week prior to noticing. I also did some trimming down there which may have opened up some skin too small too see and caused an infection.

it doesnt itch, feel no pain and its smooth to touch and move around. Looking to understand if its STI, bacteria, fungal or other as i see nothing similar to this when searching online

edit: worth mentioning i noticed a couple eczema spots on my side of my stomach. Ive never has that happen to me before unsure if related

I do agree with the approach the GP has suggested.
However, with what you say is going on with your skin on your stomach the approach I would take is to try to see a Dermatologist as soon as you can.
If you have difficultly in making an appointment directly with a Dermatologist try contacting a GU Medicine Service such as a GUM Clinic at a general Hospital and explain you have different things going on that you would like to have visually checked
