Off feeling

Been to gym today feeling odd now tho spacey

kind of any 1 get this feeling

Hi paul, about 3 years ago I was diagnosed with a heart problem and one of the treatments was a cardiac workout. I started going to the gym and at first had quite a few problems. Fatigue, pain and the feeling that I didn't want to feel these things again. I thought should I continue to go or not. I decided to bite the bullet and go. $ years on every time I come out of the gym after doing my cardiac exersises and muscle work I feel unbelievable. I'm invigorated, my endorphins are shooting around my body and I feel no pain just elation. What you feel is normal so keep it up and in no time at all you will come out of the gym like I feel when I do. Well done and I wish more people would do it to rather than take medicines that mask their pain and feelings. Peter.

Thank you yeah in a bit of pain today with my arms seen as it was my first day back feels like there going to fall off haha , it will be like this for many weeks now I use to feel like you feel after the gym but my closed down and only just re opened so back to square 1 with the pain

Paul hi, I see so many six packers in my gym and they really go for it and scream with pain when they are pushing the weights.I am going on my machines and doing what I want to do and the next day I feel fine . No pain from sore muscles. My trick Is when I start out I warm up gradually on a bike. Once warm I go on the treadmill for periods of 3x20 minute sessions. Inbetween this I go on the weights. Instead of starting with the heavy weights I start with say 35-50kg and do 5 sets of 10 reps. It is not the weight that helps put muscle on and lose the fat its the repititions that count. My body has changed shape and I don't grunt and groan as some of these guys do. I have problems stopping myself from laughing at them. I also do squats with 55kg and thats not bad, now my thigh muscles are like Sir Chris Hoy's.lolIt looks like you are doing well. Try to keep it up as it can only do you good. Remember paul do the things YOU like to do but always try to find a machine or workout that you can work the muscle opposite to the one that you did before or you will look lopsided. Regards Peter.
