Hi girls, do anyone get off stable when they don't get no sleep I kind of feel worst last night was bad for me drifting off and can't stay asleep this so awful for me one symptom. Hope will passed can't stand it..don't like to know I'm up during the night you think all sorts because you can't sleep..if anyone get this symptom or know anyone that gets it let me know..my sister thinks it nerves.
Yes, this is my worst symptom for the past 7 months. Severe obsessive, anxious thoughts that keep me from sleeping. Also, severe depression the next day. I can barely stand this.
When I don’t get a decent nights sleep then I feel like I have the flu. My ears ring, my muscles ache, my eyes get sensitive and I feel off balance. Not sure it’s all part of peri or just a normal side effect of poor sleep.
I think it's meno..before I went through this I remember going to work and not getting any sleep felt crap but not this kind a crap like I want to fall over.
