Oh dear!

I have been getting pains in my chest & just generally feeling rather nervy of late...

I have no shortness of breathe or signs of a attack in that respect!

I lost my Dad suffering in November & I have tried to be strong for my family however think I may have to come to breakdown! Is this anxiety? Not sleeping very well & just feel rather nervy most of the time! My left side of my body is also aching!!! Dear me hey!

It could be anxiety.  Usually anxiety is genetic.  However, I think that your concern is serious.  You seem like you're obsessing over the question whether it is anxiety or not.  I recommend you go to your doctor and get a real diagnosis right away so you can stop worrying about it.  Anxiety is crippling, but if you have a logical answer from the doctor, I'm sure that would help a lot.

You have lost someone very close and this grieving can last for upwards of two years, Please do not get me wrong we never really recover when someone close dies. It is however possible to come to terms with these expected losses

You have a family ?, also do you have Siblings, Aunts and Uncles. Is your Mother still around ?,

The reason I ask is talk to your nearest and dearests, discuss the good and bad times of your Fathers life with those who knew or were related to him. You will all have good/bad memories and also times when there was disagreements. At death we need to come to terms with the past and to share memories will assist in coming to terms with our loss.

Make your peace with your Fathers Memory and hopefully you will learn from the past and make plans for your future
