so i had sex two days ago without protection. i also shaved that day as well. i noticed these spots yesterday. they are getting very itchy but not painful. should i ask him? im going to get tested tomorrow.
You shaved recently and the hair growing back is causing the itch. The “sores” are simply infected hairs as you can see a few embedded.

Just like any sensitive area of shaving honestly. Some days my face and neck will be clean and beautiful after ive shaved, other times it looks like im fresh out of 7th grade and i break out like crazy. Personally i’d trim, not full blown smooth the thing out. That’s all there for a reason.
Don’t worry about it, just looks like razor burn some inflamed hair follicules and maybe an ingrown hair. I literally get stuff like this every-time I shave and when the hair starts to grow back
guys i got it checked out, its not herpes. its folliculitis
i was diagnosed with folliculitis and if i hadnt got them swabbed i would have never known i had herpes. my outbreaks looks just like this & shaving triggers them. i would get them swabbed if they show up again.
