I’ve had OLP for 15 years without any remission or break. I avoid things that can make it worse… mint, salty snacks and spicy foods. Ive always wondered if my OLP could be from my blood pressure medications that were started around the same time as my diagnosis. It was difficult to get a blood pressure medication combo that ultimately worked. i mentioned it a few times to my doctors and usually get a “probably not related” answer or something similar. Can a biopsy determine the difference?
