Hi Marisol,
I can relate to what you’re experiencing. I also feel an intense, sharp pain in and around my navel area. Sometimes it makea me double over!My mind goes straight to negative thoughts and anxiety kicks in. But I think it may be related to a large fibroid that my doc is watching, or the fact that I’ve had laproscopic surgery twice, gallbladder and tubes tied. It bothers me usually right before i have a flow…which is erratic at best. Right now I’ve been fighting a viral respiratory thing (i teach little ones and caught their cooties!) and coughing a LOT, so I’m guessing this time it’s from that. But I’ve been to gyne in July for hysteroscopy and she said enjoy my good health, we treat the symptoms as they come up. So, try using a heating pad and taking a gas tablet or ginger tea with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar . That works for me, and it goes away only to be replaced by some other malarkey!! Hugs and prayers to you, hun..hang in there!

Hi Marisol, oh you poor thing. I have this too! It’s random and feels like very sore spots but without touching it, and it’s either right beside my belly button or above, and it goes as quickly as it appears. I’ve also got different sensations happening in my abdomen but mostly in the upper left. I’m really fed up!
