On and off diarrhea since March :(

Ok, I’m super embarrassed to write this but I figured it’s best to ask where I’m anonymous, realllly sorry if it’s TMI, I don’t wanna go to a doctor because it’s not an emergency and because corona... Ever since March I’ve been stuck in the house because my college closed for the semester due to the pandemic, I’m a huge introvert so it hasn’t bothered me at all and I’m really enjoying my quiet time, I have horrible anxiety and this is the less anxious I have ever been. I’ve defiantly been eating better food, I tend to get fast food a few times a week while I’m out (not an unhealthy amount) so I don’t think food is the problem... but at least once a month now I’ve been having really bad diarrhea, I have to take several trips to the bathroom at a time and I just feel super gross and uncomfortable. I’ve NEVER had bathroom problems in my life, I thought this was a new symptom before my period because my PMS has been changing, I usually get the diarrhea a few days before my period, but now I don’t think it’s connected because I recently got it again no where near my period date. I don’t believe my health has changed at all, I never have health issues besides worrying that I do. The only thing I can say is my sleep schedule has been very out of wack since quarantine, I’ve been staying up really late and sleeping in late or waking up really early and taking naps, I’ve been drinking more coffee than I usually do but coffee has never upset my stomach to this extent before. I do take Prozac and I’ll admit there are some nights I forget to take it just because I’m up so late. Could any of this stuff be causing my stomach issue? Is there anything I can do or eat so I stop having this issue?? Thank youuu :(

Do you have other symptoms?

Sounds like irritable bowel syndrome. There is no known cure. You can consult a registered dietition or nutritionist who would make up a proper daily diet for you. For occasional relief a cup of hot tea with a small amount of lemon juice and sugar will help.
