Excellent! 3am, almost, pain is keeping me awake so I'm watching Family Guy. So tired, keep nodding off then pain wakes me again, on sofa with puppy. Off to try again.

thanks Christine I  do believe we need to cover the lighter side of life too on the forum.  Glad you are having such a good day. Sun is out so makes life that little bit easier.

Absolutely agree,  it's just soooo imperative for us to keep things light and positive..it really does help..    it's very cold here today--3 degrees Celsius-13 degrees C.....but still bright and sunny...always lovely and warm inside though..really feel sooooo blessed..:-) xxxx

Hi shelagh I was all up all night also in so much pain, 3 o clock I was down stairs doing me a cuppa and a hot water bottle trouble is with pain all over I didnt know where to stick it haha take care gentle hugs x
