is there anyone on the marina coil and started going through the menopause, I am at the moment able to loss weight but my brain is foggy and thinning hair at the front but apart from that I'm doing ok, when does this change?
Hi Nancy55477
I had a Mirena coil fitted to help with menopause (or peri). constant periods drove me insane with health anxiety, so I took things a step at a time, sorted out periods with the Mirena, got my mind around anxiety, now I just need to lose 28 Ilbs and I am nearly back to myself before peri struck. I have improved in myself since having coil fitted just get odd mood swings, period pains (but no period bonus there!!) headaches (really annoying) but for me (and everyone is different) its helped, you also protect your uterus with the progesterone coil so that's a plus in itself.
