Great news . "The only way is up la la la "🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍹🍹🍹

Congratulations!

Way hay, suzybobs, now we are level pegging! This is how I felt yesterday.

So pleased.

Sweet dreams zzzzzzzzz

I remember this well. Had my appointment about my other hip and the consultant said its not repairable so yes a hole hip replacement. Not urgent so will send me an appointment. What does that mean? Hmmm pain is still there so does that mean next montage next year? They took my bloods etc so can not be that long. What do people think.

Anyway suzy the only way is defiantly up. I'm back at work full time and feeling better every day. X

Thanks Jay &hopefully yes x

Hi Shirley , yes it's a good feeling , I, m sure there will still be "ups & downs, iv,e a long way to go yet but at least iv,e reached another milestone!! Thank you for your support &well done to you too x susy

Thanks Heather, I hope you don,t have to wait too long, would have thought if they took your bloods it would be pretty soon! Anyway good luck when it comes I,m sure you will let us all know xx suzy

Dear Suzy ....

Woohoot !!! is what I say ... good job, girl -

milestones for sure and more to come -

big warm hug

renee

It is such a good feeling to be mobile....even if I do not want or heed to go anywhere I know I can!  Just trying now not to get too impatient, because I have done so well, no pain, no other medical problems I am wanting to do too much and by the end of the day I realise the error of my ways as I am exhausted...ha ha ha! I now try and plan time better doing one big task that has to be done each day and then smaller less important ones that can wait if necessary until another day....

Lovely news for you, but don't surgeons differ

in advice. I was told once my stitches were out,

two weeks, I could sleep on my unoperated side.

I guess you have given up the crutch now, that is my next

step.

true to form other things come into hippies' lives, and

my husband has to have a nuclear bone scan, a scintographia,

next week. It's hard to get away from the medics..

good luck with driving, wish it was me.
