Since May I have been having lower abdominal cramping not during period or during ovulation. Typically always after my period has ended. Also my periods have started lasting only ONE day. They used to last 3 to 4. Bleeding is light/normal on this day and then it's over. Also having issues conceiving and noticed that my ovulation is happening 5 days later than apps predict it to happen. Advice?
I think you are getting older, so the late stages of systematic womanhood are creeping in.
