One Lump in Anus Opening

Not sure what this is, but I have a small skin like smooth lump in my anus opening. Sometimes its itchy and sometimes it burns... Please help me just to identify what this is so that I can go to the right doctor or do the right treatment if its just a mild thing. There's no blood or rash or soreness... its just itching sometimes occasionally burn... Please help me. Thank you. Very Much appreciated

all looks normal to me but possibly a very small pile or itchy anus syndrome which you can find creams online for both or from local chemist/drugstore depending on where youre based.
if not consult your general GP/DR
they can have proper examination of the erea!

Have you noticed a small lump on the lower part… skin color smooth lump… what do you think it is… Ive look for images of Anus Warts and I was relieved that it wasnt it… Plus Im not sexually active…
