Its been one month on Lexapro 10mg

But

Still there is anxiety, depression, muscle spasms, cramps, dizziness and nausea

Why

Its been a month and side effects should be gone

I was on Lexapro for 5 months and side effects not only didn’t go away they got worse... been off for 2 weeks and vision still hasn’t improved..

Somtimes it can take a bit longer to kick in.  Ask your doctor if this is the case there are so many choices out there on the market. Side effects don't always go away.  Sometimes they worsen and sometimes they improve.  I had tried every antidepressant in the book and every single one of them made me worse.  I looked up depression and I came across a drug called "Lamotrigine"  It's a mood stabilizer.  It worked for me like magic.  Make sure you are telling your doctor about your childhood experiences. If you were a moody child then you may need to take mood stabilizers, If you had trouble concentrating and or still do, You could have ADHD..If you have rituals like cleaning constantly, picking, anything that you need to do all the time, you may OCD.  All these things can lead to anxieties and depression.  Therefore, he or she will have to determine which wat to go with medication...  Believe me.  Anti-depressants made me worse. I found out I was Bipolar and people with Bipolar can't take anti-depressants that's why they made me worse.  Depression can be trauma, "my x beat the s**t out of me and terrorized me for several years.  It took years but it caught up with me.
