found this few months back but there are no symptom of itchy, just that if i touch/ pinch hard with my finger it hurts for that moment and then no more feels, anyone know what it is? Thanks alot.

It’s probably just a solitary blocked skin gland. If it doesn’t feel tender and doesn’t look red or inflamed just leave it alone.
