One sided back and chest pain

I've been diagnosed with anxiety and been suffering from a chest pain on my right side in the same spot for years. I took multiple tests including scans and they couldn't find anything then. Just recently i started getting upper back pains and lower back pains that travel to my butt and upper thigh. I never feel any pain on my left side of my body. The upper back pain started a few weeks ago and is back again. the pain feels like I strained it and ill get random dull pain all over my right side like on my ribs. I don't exercise at all or do any heavy lifting besides carry my 25lb toddler from time to time. Does anyone get this kind of pain and what can it be from being i don't do anything crazy to hurt my body on one side? I'm freaking out so any info would be amazing! TY

Twenty five lbs is nearly two stone, you are most probably straining your back especially if you are walking around.

The above may cause posture concerns, where you are out of balance because of a strain. The other problem can be the way you sit, or your seat is not giving you support at the back and hips.

If your bed is over ten years old that can cause pain because of lack of support for spine and hips. If you need a new bed consider discussing a new one in the shop they will let you try different ones. One test you can try is lie on your back in bed. You should be able to put your hand through the gap in the small of your back, lower spine, your hand should go through to the other side without touching the are of the ccoyxx.
However I feel you need to look at the problem of lifting two stone in weight, your child.

I never really thought it could be from him but it totally makes sense! I Carry him on my left hip which isn’t my dominant side, yet my pain is all on my upper and lower right side. Ibuprofen and a heating pad did the trick last night and I woke up feeling better. The other thing too is I’m only 30 and I’m dealing with this. It’s so frustrating. Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to my post and for the great advice!
