Hi dee
Have you had your iron levels etc checked?.
Louise.
Morning Dee,
I am the same, in that I'm on 40mg, but no tiredness! I have been here nearly 19 months and levelled out. I think you are good where you are before you start to consider reducing, if you need to or wish to try. Someone did say when I was thinking about (slowly and gradually) reducing, why? If it works don't fix it! I had a few Family and non related health issues since and have not yet tried myself.
However, as louise mentioned it is worth seeing if it is iron or another deficiency, so a chat with yer GP is essential.Do you take any vits to help the old seretonin levels? I take B6 and D3 which help, along with a piscaterian diet, loads a fruit and veg gives me the energy levels I need.
Hope you get it sorted soon as it is great to hear you're doing so well apart, from this one thing.
Regards,
David
Hi Dee I take 5 mg and it makes me super tired lol Iv a very low tolerance to medication tho hence why I'm on 5mg I'm trying to start taking it before bed from tmro as I work with a girl who is on 40mg and she takes it at night and has no tiredness at all! So might be worth trying it before bed? I also take an iron vitamin called pharmaton it's great it's for tiredness and fatigue and I really notice a difference when I take it every morning!
Good luck x
