Trying Hard, you really are in inspiration to us all. What a great weight loss. You must be feeling so much better in many ways. I'm just trying to picture getting 29 bags of sugar in one of my kitchen cupboards and I'm not quite sure I could. I need to lose roughly the same as you so it's a great image to keep in my head.
I would like to be in the 13st something by Aug, which is a about a stone away. Things are very slow, even if I test the tab's nothing happens. I must have a strong constitution and can be disheartening sometimes.
WOW I can't wait to be that weight, that would be my ultimate goal
:D Thanks everybody :D If I can do it so can YOU and YOU and YOU Keep thinking positive, be strong and remember it's up to you just keep thinking of those smaller clothes and how much better you will feel.
Yes I do feel much better than this time last year and I can't image how I carried that much weight round?!!?
I decided to think of my weight loss as bags of sugar when I lost a kilo I thought that's not much for a months hard work but when I put a bag of sugar away and realised it was the same weight it made me realise how much it was and gives me a visual image and weight of course which helps me keep on track - I know it's fat we are losing and would have thought of it as a pack of lard but we don't use that now do we and everybody has sugar in their cupboard don't they ?
YES YOU CAN DO IT with lots of determination and hard work.
Shop around for lower fat alternatives or if you really want something have it but a smaller portion. Eat regularly don't skip meals -it's taken alot of hard work to get into a habit of eating regularly and try and eat your last meal before 6.30. Read as many back forums as you can you will get lots of help, advice and inspiration.
It does sound amazing when I try an imagine 29 bags of sugar  and it helps me keep on the right track
My sister and I went on a walk at a Nature reserve- This will make you lol We parked up in the car park not realise this meant we'd passed the information centre We looked map on a notice board and decided to go on the easiest walk but as we didn't have a map, which you pick up from the info centre we'd passed on the way in and the walks weren't very well sign posted (it's a fairly new nature reserve). Well 2 hours later and 3 and half miles! the later we got back to the car park - there were no benches along the way, my sister had to stop and rest lots of times, we had taken a drink with us so my sister kept drinking her's but I didn't drink mine as I knew I would need the loo if I did - well this walk went on for ever and even though I hadn't drunk my drink I did need the loo (the tea I drank before we left my sister's), we were laughing ang joking about being lost which didn't help my bladder lol . After rushing to the loo we soon discovered that we'd taken the longest walk of a choice of 3!!! Sooo.. when we went to Tesco's on the way home I bought us a hazelnut Magnum each which we ate after tea which i think we earnt
Well I would have if I thought I could but the trees and shrubs weren't that thick and I had leggings on was scared I would wet my leggings lol  Never mind at least I got some exercise in the sunshine.
I had a simular experiance like that, but getting lost in London, there was a direct route which took about 10 minutes to the train station, but it took me 2 hours. I have such a poor sense of direction lol. I was doing WW at the time and lost 4lb that week, when the leader asked how I mangaed it, I said I simply got lost in London
I have noticed the little things although I have only lost about 1st 8lb, it is no longer a struggle up the stairs (I was always out of breath).
Don't say only 1st 8 lbs that is alot :D Glad you can use the stairs without getting out of breath That's because you've got 10 kilos - 10 bags of sugar less of try carrying 10 bags around and you'll realise how much you have lost! Keep it up :D
