This is one year update of the FLA done in early Sept/19, by Dr.Karamanian, in Houston It's been over 12 months since my FLA for BPH and PCa with Dr.K and his team, going in I was Gl 4+3, in 4 cores at 50%, with PSA at 10.3, so far results for BPH exceeded my expectations, my urine flow rates are like 20-30 years ago, at 16.6 ml/sec at 6 months, now one year later at 14.4 ml/sec, my IPSS dropped from 25 to 1, no ED, no incontinence, no urgency, PSA dropped from 10.3 before FLA to 0.6 at 6 months, and gradually increased to 1.1 at one year post FLA, so far two MRI's by an independent radiologist and Dr.K shows no MRI evidence of residual or recurrent or any new growth of cancer, thank you Dr.K and Donnie
