Hey Again
I’m 23 and have been dealing with anxiety for last 9 months.
Lately I have been having most issues with stomach
-indegestion
-stabs throughout abdomen
-gas
-back pain
-loss of appetite
-losing weight
-no using bathroom as much
-have noticed a little bright red on outer of stool and yellow goo
I’ve had numerous blood test and stool test all came back fine, I’m super scared I have something sinister
I have booked in for endo/colon this month but I cannot get my thoughts together as I think something is seriously wrong, I have not been having a panic attavks more like unable to get thoughts out of my head im super worried/scared about this and I’m unsure what to do 
U are fine !! I worry a lot as well and I also have stomach issues I have had every test done and nothing everyting came back fine .. I am now going for another MRI also a biopsy I am 52 years old .. also I have tightness under my breast but I am not losing weight or losing my appetite.. I do see bright red blood in my stool but I know it’s my hemorrids .. as long as it’s nit dark brown that’s when u worry .. u will be fine and let me know what happen when u go for your test . Thank you for response, I know a lot of it’s in my head but it’s just one of them hard ones where u keep doubting yourself and the doctors! I’m hoping all my scans come back fine and will update on my that
