Ongoing weird issue...lichen planus?

On and off for the last year there has been a recurring rash, and my doctors don't know what it is.  Ive been on and off waiting lists for a dermatologists and still have to wait a couple of months...this is incredibly frustrating as I cannot engage the opposite sex...anyhow.

It shows up as white sort of streaks, and the area around it is kind of wrinkled.  It seems fine in the morning but as the day goes on it gets worse.  I am also suffering from ED.  It seems to be especially aggravated with cardio exercise!  It does not hurt or itch ever.  I have been tested for STIs more than once and they all came back negative.

There are other ongoing health issues...hypothyroidism and testosterone deficiency to name a couple.  There is an MRI scheduled for my pituitary but that is still three months away.  I have also suffered mysteriously from splenomegaly but antibiotics administered for another unrelated infection seems to have cleared that up...but it might be coming back.

Any thoughts?  Looking for some light here, life is getting freaky...

Some more pictures...I was given type of cream for it last year, basically kept it covered in the stuff everyday and it mostly went away but it came back.  Was told to try diaper rash cream, no effect.  I also suffer from gout, and it seems the gout meds (for flareups - indomethacin) seem to affect things positively.

Not knowing long term really is a drag.

I've had a couple of flare-ups of Lichen Planus affecting penis, forearms and inside of cheeks. Yours looks different, if that's what it is. Mine started with small pimples, than flattened and spread slightly over a number of weeks. Eventually they just went away without treatment. It was 2-3 years before I had the second flare-up. I can't tell you for sure what you've got but I don't think it's Lichen Planus.

Thanks for the feedback...it seems the closest thing I can find in terms of visible symptons but definitely not a clear match.  Im guessing my symptoms are of a larger, undiscovered issue.

Long time to see a Dermatologist, and was told Lichen Planus, and given cream for it.  We will see how the cream works for two weeks here.

Thanks for the update.  I wasn't sure if there was anything wrong at all.
