I was on antidepressants for 8years . It started postpartum but problem was insomnia & anxiety .Psy put me on antidepressants( paroxetine & zopiclone) . Then after years I switched to mirtazepine to avoid dependence.I stopped in between for a year .But 2 years back I started alprazolam 0.25 mg only & faced some problems of swelling in legs etc. I switched to Homeopathic for 6 months but finally again my problem aggravated.I again went to my Psy & he gave me paroxetine but 4th day of medicine I got pain in Achilles‘ tendons with swelling .Gone for many test & found low ferritin, vit d, & vit b12. But after an Year all the test are Normal but problem still persists.Doc switched many medicines sertraline , buspirone, mirtazepine.....all gives me extreme pain in my joints with swelling except Clonazepam & alprazolam relives my pain .I hv gone through many test ( Doppler Usg,NCV, MRI,NUCLEAR BONE SCAN) every test comes normal . Checked with rheumatologist but he said all normal . Now I m really worried is this pain is due to anxiety & sleeplessness.How to resolve this problem ad no other medicine suits me . Please help .

You have gone through all the tests and even that long list of medications, if your tests are ok I would advise you try and move on with your condition. Possibly a course of CBT may help you come to terms with your problems
Talk again with your GP hopefully you will be given coping skills

For me clonazepam is the best. I don't use it every day like others just for really bad days.
