Open Sores, please help!

Last Wednesday, I awoke to one open sore to the left of my vagina and one near my anus, but this one more resembled a pimple. There was also a gash on my left side of my lips. I immediately had an 10 panel STD check (blood and urine) and everything has since come back as negative. 

However, the next day on Thursday, I woke to even more sores on the left side of lips (labora manora). Everyday since then more sores has appeared in this area. Most of them are open sores. 

Other symptoms are pelvic pain on my left side, painful urination, slight yellow discharge the have accumulated on my labora manora. The sores on my lips do hurt making it sometimes painful to walk. 

Today, I awoke to the first open sore to now have blueish bumps all around it, over an inch in diameter. I also started my period today and the smell of the blood is extremely foul. 

I have an appointment with my gyno this week, but the anticipation is stressing me out.

They should have swabbed you at the time of your other tests. Why didn't they? Anyway, better go back asap. Depending on the swab test they do, it is not very accurate after several days, especially when the lesions have started to heal. The blood (and urine) tests could have waited, not the swab.

Do you have access to planned parenthood? If so, you can get an answer in less than 24 hrs. In the meantime, take a warm kosher salt bath in a very clean tub to relieve symptoms and clean sores, DO NOT TOUCH OR SCRATCH THEM, let the water and salt do the work. Dab the sores with a clean cloth to dry them and try to keep them dry, wear cotten underwear and try not to stress, it can make it worse.
