Early this year in June I went to the doctor to look at a skin lesion. It was most likely skin irritation from rough sex i had. It was smooth, flat, never became an ulcer, or even became a scab, or bump. It didn’t hurt, itch, burn, or anything. He didn’t know what it was and decided to do an std test. A few days later he told me I tested positive by blood test for hsv2 igg 1.35. I was shocked so I decided to tell my previous partners to get tested. I was negative for everything in January. After they all got tested they told me it came back negative for them. So for the past 3 and a half months since my diagnosis i never had any symptoms except for what was constant itching but it only lasted for a sec but came back ever 10 15 min. It wasn’t just in a specific spot it was all over. At the base of the penis, in the pubic hair, behind the penis head, and both sides. But every time I looked nothing ever came up not a single bump. That’s the only thing I had but it’s something that really doesn’t bother me or I lose sleep over. I do sweat a lot down there because I work in a warehouse. I bought zeasorb af and it really helped with the itch but I’ll occasionally feel it. I did get bumps on my thigh but they had puss and healed within a weak. I’m not on any antivirals or anything. My question is what do you think it could be? I’m going to request the western blot in November. I appreciate the help
