This mole is on my sisters neck, she doesn’t seem too concerned about it But its defintely not normal

It does look similar to mine but is it liver colour or black. Also is it soft or hard.?
Just go get it checked, it will be a 10 minute appt if that, better to know for sure!
How long has it been there? Is it growing or changing?
I would keep encouraging your sister to see a doctor or dermatologist. None of us on here are doctors so we can’t give a definitive answer. Show her some horrible pictures of melanoma if that’s what it takes to get her to get it checked. Keep in mind, sometimes a mole can look ‘wrong’ but it turns out to be nothing. Others don’t look like much at all but turn out to be melanoma. But on average, most melanomas will display ‘telltale’ signs. Look for this. ABCDE. A stands for asymetric. B stands for border. C stands for colour. D stands for diameter. E stands for evolving. If any of those ring true with your sisters mole, tell her to get it checked immediately. Good luck.
