i think i have oral herpes, i barely noticed a small discomfort in my lips a few days ago & noticed little white dots looked like fordyce spots but idk now :((( corner of my left lip is sensitive. pls help !!!

They’re likely to be Fordyce spots, not oral herpes (cold sores).
Herpes is quite painful and exquisitely sensitive to touch. Here’s a good picture taken from the Mayo Clinic web site. Your photos don’t show any of the key features illustrated, namely localisation, inflammation (redness, swelling), blisters/pustules and ulceration.
