I am 26 yrs old male, an year ago i had an oral sex with a girl. After that i have got left side throat pain and feels like something stuck on the left side of my throat. When i checked my tonsil i found this mass as shown in the picture and my throat is swollen too, Can anyone please tell me if its oral hpv or some other kind of tumor.
