Oral thrush a sign of HIV?

hi, so ive been on this forum off and on for about 4 months. around thanksgiving i had unprotected sex and two weeks later i had a yeast infection. it developed into oral thrush. so i had both at the same time. this april 15th i will be taking an hiv test. whatever answer they give me im ready for it. from all the symptoms that i have read about i only had the yeast infection oral thrush and kinda like a rash on my face (just red not really any bumps). does oral thrush usually mean hiv?

i wouldnt assume that because you had a yeast infection and oral thrush that it necessairly means you have HIV … its just one of the many symptoms

not to mention yeast infections and oral thrust are just an overgrowth of bacteria… that can be caused by many MANY things .

thanks for taking the time to reply. someone who’s never had a yeast infection or oral thrush, it was very alarming. & too coincidential for my liking.

I have same problem for two years now I have sore throat,oral thrush ,joint pains and many other symptoms.My hiv test result shows negative
