Oral thrush cause and message for pictures to double check

thought I had a ulcer on my tongue and when I checked a few days ago it looks like the back of mouth has got oral thrush a little bitch its abit painful and have abit of a white coating on my tongue I’ve been brushing more to make sure and rinsing mouth out with salt water as well, but I was wondering if it could have been caused my my contraceptive pill as I started it just under two weeks ago and I didn’t and never had a problem with this before and apparently it could be caused by it but wanted to double check I’ll add pictures if need be
