i didnt think id eaten excess fat yesterday as i had poached egg and beans for breakfast. about half hr later i had a loose normal pooh. i went gym drank loads water whilst excersising. i had lunch of jacket potato,extra light philadelphia,about 2 tbs and i had tin of mackerell fillets in tomato sauce and salad,plain. that was it til evening,which was BGTY pork fillets,not alot fat about 2.2g per piece,i had 2. pots, veg and a sweet n sour sauce.i also had a low fat yog too. i didnt go toilet after the meal. but this morn i had same for breakie but no pooh,just small amount orange,but i didnt exceed the fat rule. so i really dont know whats going on? any advice pls much appreciated, also not being gross, but do u all have 'pooh' after each meal?if so how long after youve eaten?maybe i aint do summat right?thanks

What you have to remember is that the tablets can't tell the difference between good fats as in Omega 3 in the mackeral and bad fats as in the egg, so to have egg and the fish in the same day could be the problem :run: .
I can't eat more than 1 egg a week, but it's different for everybody.
I don't go to the toilet after every meal, but usually go once in the morning and then maybe once again during the day, I also have IBS so I am used to going alot :oops:
