Hi, I recently put order through my GP Surgery for repeat prescription for stoma care products. I waited 7 days, no delivery so contacted Medilink Salts Dundee they haven't received prescription from GP Surgery. They changed the procedure from just straight order to salts NO PROBLEMS. Without telling customers that Salts is taking email orders again. Has anyone else had problems?

I get mine from Dundee as well. When they first changed this way of doing things, I got caught out and had to get a rush order sent through otherwise I would've been in trouble! Apparently it can now take up to 10 days to get your order. You have my sympathy. I usually phone them with my order because I would rather speak to somebody so it's logged on their system there and then. I just make sure I order my stuff well in advance.

Hi, yeah I would be in trouble. I got a quick order, it came today. It was GP Surgery's fault. I just email salts and order in advance from now on.
