it maybe a sensitive subject but i have had nerve problems for years after an operation on my cervical spine. A taboo subject but i find it difficult to orgasm and wondered if anyone had experienced anything similar. i can orgasm very occasionally but it causes a massive cramp in my legs and feet so i lose the pleasure. any professional input would he helpful or if anyone wants to share their experience and maybe help other people
