I had an ORIF of my 5th metatarsal on November 20th. I have some questions if anyone has had this surgery before?
First,
after surgery how long will I be nonweight bearing?
I do go for a follow up post sugery visit on December 5th. the doctor will remove my splint and do xray.
I’m wondering when I will be able to start walking again fully walking, and if so will I be wearing what type of shoes after the foot boot is no longer in use.
