No it means you're eating far too much fat. If you're doing it right following a low fat diet. Nothing over 5g per 100g of fat and no more than 15g of fat per meal you will have no side effects and loose weight

The orange oil is cause ur eating to much fat x x your only allowed 15% fat each meal 45% in one day over your 3 meals x x

It means that you are having too much fat in your meals, should be having a maximum of 15 grams in meal with a maximum of 45gram daily. The oil will stop when you reduce fat in meals.
What you need to keep in mind is that the Orlistat will prevent about a third of the fat that you eat from being digested and you pass it as this orange oiliness. If you stick to 30 to 45g of fat per day that means you will pass about 10 to 15g of it which you will hardly notice. But if you take in say 150g of fat you'll pass about 50g which you certainly will notice. It's a great incentive to go for lean options
It is working as far as I'm aware because the excess fat that your body doesn't want is getting passed through your system.
To avoid too much orange side effects it's best to stick to healthy options

Yeah the orange stuff is fat. It'll stop if you lower the fat in your diet 😊
