Hi. I have just been prescribed Orlistat however I am on holiday tomorrow and plan on starting when I return in two weeks. I would be happy to join you on this journey and discuss the pros and cons along the way as you will be the expert by then😊.

Corine, write down everything you are eating and the fat content, this is wht i did and it stopped and the weight just fell off. xx

Hi there, this is day one for me on Orlistat and I have a long way to go.  Started at Slimming World 4 weeks ago and have dropped from 23st 8lbs to 22st 5lbs so my doctor agreed to the Orlistat.

I love the idea of the FB group, could you send me a message plse so I can join the group?
