Hiya im new to talking Orlistat I started it yesterday and have been following slimming world diet for 3 weeks. How lonf have you all been using orlistat and has it worked for you ?

I've been taking them for 11 days and on day 5 I weighed my self as I didn't believe they was working and lost 7lb just by taking these and cutting down eating healthy! So I would defo recommend them!
Hi Laura, I started taking it 5 days ago. Am reaiiy happy with myself at the moment. Have been eating really healthy and appear to have lost 4 pound up to now. Hope i can keep on track x

Thank you well do to you too! I have recently asked my go to refer me to a dietitian they have helped me with lots of different healthy foods so I don't get bored!
