This is what I eat.
One cup of coffee when I wake up.
Oats porrage with fruit 'sprinkls' for breakfast.
I take my first ORLISTAT
A fruit or cereal bar at 11.
Lunch - i make a salad:
From Tesco you buy baby carrot, baby corn, peas, beans anything raw. I either, mixed with a tub of baked beans (they now make three bean mixes) or mix with tuna, this can be dry. I some times have a sugar free yogurt.
I take my second ORLISTAT.
Even meal - i cook. I try use vegetables every day, but sometimes best intentions are not followed. I have, only recently stopped buying boxed meals.
I take my third ORLISTAT
I enjoy a fruit while watching TV.
Other than my evening meal, I'm pretty boring. I would like some ideas on office lunches.
I cant eat too much bread, wheat is a killer on my system.
What I did recently, was look up 'blood diet'' foods. Absolutely spot on!
