Started these tablets on Sunday, Dr put me on them as I went in last week in tears about my weight 😢 issues. Had a doggy tummy this morning and had to leave work I'd eaten too much fat the night before which I now know after reading on here is why! Learnt that good fat counts as well as bad fat!😕 I really felt ill all day today nausea and tired? Are these other side effects??
Hi @Poohbear yes i had nausea for about 2 weeks on them and stomach ache when i first went on them it goes after a couple of weeks x
Initially your body will be getting rid of any fat from previous foods and it can be a shock to the system but keep hydrated and it will flush through so dont be put off at the early stages x
I had a few days last week feeling headachy and just yukky, I upped my fluids and rode it out. I put it down to a mixture of things withdrawl being the main one. try and rest and keep it with it the results will be worth it lovely xxx
