Does anyone else get jumpy vision when looking at high contrast patterns/text? Almost as if, your eyes can't decipher between which color to focus on, so it looks as if the pattern/text is jumping? If yes, what causes that to happen?
Consult an opthalmologist.
Agree with the above go and see an opthamologist. I have a weak eye muscle that makes this happen, which is worse when I’m tired or stressed.

I should have mentioned that I have already seen a neurologist, ophthalmologist, and neuro-ophthalmologist.
No idea why my comment posted 3 times!
I would recommend going back to your Dr if its still undiagnosed.
This may also seem silly but try some moisturising eye drops, I thought I was being fobbed off but after a week it really did help. Apparently dry eye is way more annoying that I thought.
Yes I do!!! I’ve been having all sorts of vision problems recently which I can’t tell whether is part of my anxiety or not. I went to the opticians a month ago who has found no problems except my eyes are dry so it could be that! Get some eye drops and see if that helps.
