Other weird anxiety symptoms, anyone else?

I know I’ve asked this before so I apologize in advance, I’m just one of those needing constant reassurance that’s it’s all Anxiety related. I’m 22, I have a 3 month old and I’ve had anxiety my whole life, but nothing this terrible, which started late in my 3rd trimester. Now my symptoms are:

Weakness in legs and sometimes in one or both arms.

Chest tightness.

BAD head pressure.

Constant lightheaded feeling, like if I stand I’m gonna pass out.

Headaches, ofcourse.

Leg cramps, and muscle spasms.

Weird twitching/tremor in arms, legs, hands ect.

Constant shakiness, it feels like the inside of my body is vibrating.

Head and neck twitching.

I’m sorry this is so long, but has anyone else experienced these same things? I’m tired of feeling in a constant fog and feeling drained.  I’m currently on 2 different meds.

Absolutely.  I’ve had all of those symptoms and  so I have many other people. I’ve had anxiety my entire life. And my symptoms started in my 20s. I’m now in my 50s and doing well although when I get really anxious a symptom or two could pop up but I basically ignore them because I know it’s from stress and anxiety. I had  many tests over the years that were all normal.

As long as you’ve been to the doctor for a check up and everything is OK, then you can work on reducing your stress and anxiety. When I do that my symptoms subside or go away. Anxiety is similar to any other chronic condition because it may never go away completely but it can be managed.  I take a matter of fact approach to it. If I become anxious or get a symptom, I don’t get frightened or more anxious because that will produce more symptoms.

I do take the time to relax my mind because that relaxes the body. I listen to meditations for Anxiety daily, usually at bedtime.

sometimes symptoms pop out of nowhere but that’s just due to the underlying anxiety even though we may not feel anxious. It’s important to take care of your health to boost your immune system and fight off anxiety. Eat a healthy diet and stay away from or reduce sugars, alcohol, caffeine if you can.

The internal vibration and muscle twitches are common with anxiety and stress. I’ve had that more times than I can count. Keep in mind that any symptoms caused by anxiety will not hurt you. I know how annoying they can be. But you have to be The one in control. Hope you feel better!

Thank you so much! ❤️ It can be debilitating but I’m praying it will get better.

Many new Mothers can suffer Anxiety after a Birth, this can be normal.

I would advise you make an appointment and discuss your health concerns  with your GP

Looking at your list above, take that with you and that will help you remember what your concerns are

You could try the Relaxation Technique MINDFULNESS, that can help you learn how to control your Anxiety.

Having someone who could massage those tight joints can help as well
