I know it does sound ridiculous to exercise when in pain, but yes I find when I exercise my symptoms do improve. I recommend starting with as much as you can maybe just 5 mins a day and build it up. I really hate exercise to be honest but I do find it helps.
yes i can only do a couple of mins on my electric tredmill but it has to be at high speed and if i keep it up i do feel better .but its hard work getting thru the pain barrier to get started
